Why don’t I see a course that I bought?

Sometimes, there may be a lag time between purchasing a course and it appearing in your account. Courses may also become temporarily inactive if you have not logged into your account in the past 30 days.

Try each of the solutions below to restore access to your missing course(s).

Refresh Browser or Logout/Login

Attempt to refresh your browser, then sign out of your account and back in. This typically resolves most missing course(s) issues. 

Here's how:

1. Refresh your internet browser
2. Click this link to completely log out of your account
3. Sign back in to your account at DailyOM.com
4. Click My Courses (top right corner)
5. Enter email address and password
6. Click Access Courses

If you still have an issue, you may need to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Clear Cache and Cookies

You can try clearing your browser’s cache and/or cookies to resolve the issue. Refer to your browser type below for more info:

Google Chrome

Safari

Firefox

Internet Explorer (Edge)

After clearing your browser’s cookies, try restarting your computer to reload your course list.

Check Back in 48 Hours

If you’re missing a Live Event in your account, it may not be available yet.

Recordings will be available in your DailyOM Course Library and ready to watch 48-72 hours after the Live Event is finished.

Double Check Your Email Address

You may have purchased the course under a different email address or made a typo in your email when making your purchase.

Review your purchase info and check the email address you used. You can search your email for “DailyOM Order” to locate the confirmation email.

If you are unable to locate your confirmation email and you’ve tried all of the solutions above, you will need to contact Customer Care.

Here’s how:

1. Go to our Need help? page
2. Select Course(s) Missing from the dropdown
3. Provide your DailyOM email address
4. Enter your name
5. Enter the Course title(s)
6. Submit
