Live Events & Course Recordings This article answers common questions about Live Events, including steps on how to access the Zoom link and find post-event recordings. Where is the Live Event link? You’ll be emailed a Zoom link at 8am Eastern Time on the day of the event, and it will be posted in the online workshop in your account. If the event is starting soon (and it is past 8am Eastern Time) and you haven’t received a link, follow the steps below. Search Your Email Search your email box for emails with “Live Event” in the subject line or emails sent from no-reply@zoom.us. Check Spam/Junk Check your spam or junk folder to locate the email. Your email provider may have flagged it as spam or junk. Look Through Your Courses If you’re still unable to locate the link, try searching for the course itself. Here’s how: Searching on a Computer Go to DailyOM.com Click My Courses (top right corner) Search for and select the Live Event course Searching on a Mobile Device Go to DailyOM.com on your mobile device's browser Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines, displayed as ≡ in the top right corner) Tap My Courses Search for and select the Live Event course What if I missed the Live Event? If you registered for a live course but couldn't attend, the recording will become available in your DailyOM Course Library approximately 48-72 hours after the event concludes. The recording is yours to keep and view anytime while the recording remains on our platform. How can I view a recording of the Live Event? Sign in and check your Course Library to see if the live course is available. By default, the Live Event chat will be set to show the name or email address you provided when joining the Zoom. This information will be displayed unless you set your message(s) to be sent anonymously.
